Terms of service
Authorized use
You may use Rampwise for lawful internal employee training. You must have authority to submit each SOP and to invite or assign each user in the organization.
Administrative responsibility
Generated content begins as a draft. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, suitability, and required updates before publishing. Rampwise is not legal, compliance, safety, medical, or financial advice.
Accounts and security
Keep credentials secure and promptly remove access for people who should no longer use the workspace. You are responsible for activity under accounts you control.
Subscription and billing
Paid features are billed through Stripe at the cadence shown during checkout. You may manage or cancel through the Stripe portal. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, infringe intellectual property, train people using content you are not authorized to use, or use Rampwise to make fully automated high-impact decisions about people.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but model providers and infrastructure can fail. Durable jobs, retries, and honest failure states reduce disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit. Rampwise retains rights in the application, interface, generation system, and related materials. You receive a limited right to use generated course output within your organization, subject to these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rampwise is provided without warranties and total liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
