Employee training software

Train the team on how your company actually works.

Build employee training from the procedures your business already approved, then assign it without adding a fee for each person.

SOURCE SOP

Refund escalation procedure

Tier 1 may refund orders under $150 within 30 days when no prior return was marked used or damaged.

Duplicate charges always require Tier 2 verification.

Log the reason code before processing.

What you can refund yourself

Check all three conditions before you process. One failed condition sends the request to the next reviewer.

A $92 order is 11 days old, but the item was returned used before. What now?

Refund it directly
Escalate it to Tier 2

Why documents are not enough

A broad course library cannot teach your company’s way of working.

The hardest employee training is specific: who can approve the request, when a second reviewer is required, what evidence belongs in the record, and what happens when the normal path fails. Those details already live in your SOPs.

01

Company-specific lessons

The course uses your limits, roles, reasons, and sequence instead of generic best practices.

02

A mobile learner path

Employees work through short pages and gated checks with progress saved along the way.

03

Capacity without per-seat surprises

Starter supports 100 assigned learners and Team supports 500. Invited teammates do not count until assigned.

Rule from the SOP
“Any Tier 1 agent can refund an order directly only when the value is under $150, the purchase is within 30 days, and the item has no prior used or damaged flag.”

The lesson, question, correct answer, and feedback must all keep those three conditions. An admin checks the result before publishing it.

How Rampwise checks the course

Training should look like the decisions employees actually make.

The real generated course includes single choice, multiple choice, true or false, fill-in-the-blank, ordering, and matching interactions. Each check includes feedback that explains the rule, not just the score.

  • Every course starts as a private draft
  • Admins can preview and edit every lesson
  • An incomplete course cannot be published
  • Employees see only courses assigned to them

Where teams use Rampwise

Build training for any process employees must follow.

New team members

Common questions

What Rampwise does and does not replace.

Keep your document system and HR software. Rampwise builds and delivers training from the procedures stored there.

Is Rampwise an LMS?

Rampwise includes the focused distribution and completion features needed for SOP courses, without becoming a broad content marketplace or authoring suite.

Can managers see completion?

Workspace admins can see assigned members and their lesson-level completion counts.

Are courses self paced?

Yes. A learner can leave and return, and completed lessons remain recorded.

How are learners counted?

A person counts once when they have at least one course assignment. Invited teammates without assignments do not use the allowance.

Upload one SOP and review the course for free.

Pay only when you are ready to publish it, assign employees, and track completion.
