Privacy policy
Information we process
We process account identity, organization membership, pasted SOP text, generated course content, assignments, answers, completion, and basic usage events. Stripe processes payment details and returns subscription metadata to Rampwise.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, generate and deliver courses, save progress, enforce organization access, provide billing, prevent abuse, support the product, and understand product usage.
Service providers
Rampwise relies on Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, configured language-model providers for course generation, Vercel for application hosting and workflow execution, Stripe for billing, and configured analytics or email providers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers as needed to operate Rampwise, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
Retention and requests
Launch retention follows the life of the account and operational backups of the providers above. For access or deletion requests, email privacy@rampwise.io. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, or legal obligations.
Security
Rampwise uses authenticated organization boundaries, database row-level security, server-only secrets, signed billing webhooks, and restricted lesson-body access. No system is risk-free.
