Language models are very good at producing plausible explanations. Operational training needs a higher bar: the course structure must be valid, the answer keys must resolve, and the rules must remain within the source that an admin approved.

Rule from the SOP
“Any Tier 1 agent can refund an order directly only when the value is under $150, the purchase is within 30 days, and the item has no prior used or damaged flag.”
The lesson, question, correct answer, and feedback must all keep those three conditions. An admin checks the result before publishing it.
