Pricing questions
A generation counts only when Rampwise finishes and produces a reviewable course. Failed jobs and automatic retries do not use your allowance. Reviewing, editing, assigning, and learners taking a course do not count either.
A person counts once when they have at least one course assignment. Invited teammates with no assignments do not use the 100 or 500 learner allowance.
Rampwise stops new assignments. It does not charge an automatic overage. Remove an assignment, move to Team, or contact us for a written quote above 500.
